A removable ball bearing sheave that can be placed in either central hole. This ensure this product can be used for multiple applications. The stainless steel side plates give a strong and reliable base for the cleat to sit on.
A removable clevis pin holds the flip flop section to the backing plate making for easy installation or removal.
